How does elemed's Mentoring Programme work?

We will match your employee to one of our hand-selected mentors. We work hard to make sure that the mentor assigned to your employee is someone who can truly add value and whose experiences align with your employee’s mentoring and learning goals.

Who are your mentors?

Our mentors are a collection of some of the industry’s most experienced and successful individuals. They all hold senior positions within regulatory, quality and clinical functions across MedTech, BioTech and Pharma. We have mentors with experience in global corporations, large companies, SMEs and startups. They have worked across consulting firms, IVD manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, contract/clinical research organisations, and more, and come from a range of educational backgrounds. 

We will be able to find you a fantastic mentor, whatever profile you’re looking for!

Can I enrol more than one employee on the Mentoring Programme?

Absolutely! Please get in touch with jessica@elemed.eu to discuss group discounts.

How much time will my employee need to dedicate to the programme?

Your employee will have 6 hours worth of session time available. 

How long will my employee be on the progamme for?

Most of our mentees are in the programme for 6 months, during which they are responsible for scheduling their mentoring sessions with their mentor. However, these sessions can be condensed or spread out over a longer period of time depending on your requirements. 

Can you guarantee confidentiality?

We will ensure that your employee is not matched with a mentor from a direct competitor; a confidentiality agreement will be signed by both parties before the programme begins, and the mentor will not be able to approach your employee about job opportunities.
